Adopt a Basset Hound / Mixed

Basset Hound / Mixed Dog

Stirling Scotland the Dog needs a home

Stirling is a very sweet, energetic boy. He loves his brother and bigger dogs. He loves frozen blueberries, apples, boiled chicken, carrots, brown rice, green beans and broccoli. He loves bones, stuffed animals and being outside.

Stirling is high energy so he will need someone that has kids or a lot of time to give this boy attention.

Stirling loves other animals. He wants to make friends with everyone. So, if there is another dog in the home, it needs to be a non aggressive dog because Stirling does not take a growl for an answer. He is going to force himself into another dogs bubble.

He has lived with 2 cats and really didn't pay a lot of attention to them

Stirling may not go into the crate willingly, but he does not complain much when he is put in. When I first got him, I put him in the crate. He and his brother didn't care if they used the bathroom on their beds so it ended up being more work for me and I started locking them in a small bathroom. I do put them in a large playpen and they don't complain when in there.

Age: 13 weeks
Weight: 14 lbs.
